reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect this information from
unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile number provided, or that you have the account holder's permission to enroll that number in the Program.

5. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply to each SMS message sent or received in connection with the Program, as provided in your mobile carrier's plan. PR Frazier Incorporated is not responsible for any charges billed to you by your wireless carrier.
6. Supported Carriers
The Program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. How to Opt Out
You may cancel the Program at any time by texting “STOP” to the short code or number from which you received messages. After texting STOP, we will send you a one-time confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt back in.

For assistance, text “HELP” to the short code or number from which you received messages, or contact us using the information in Section 12 below.
9. Eligibility and Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to participate in the Program.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
The Program is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee that messages will be delivered accurately, completely, or on time, as delivery is subject to factors outside our control, including your wireless carrier's coverage and service availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PR Frazier Incorporated disclaims liability for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted with a revised effective date. Your continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
